wow! with a little, (a lot really) heat and a lot of persuation I was able to get the 1 1/2" to 1" slip to come out of the ampmaster union. Thought I was going to have to order a new one but i'm good!So now ill be able to plumb the 1 1/2" to the outputs and get the proper flow going. The bottom seal seems to be drying well and am thinking of going around it one more time for insecurity purposes.lol. The fish and corals are doing good so far in the 500 gal. drum. The fish seem to be happy in there to be honest Seeing the clowns from top side in there anemone is pretty cool too.

Good news! The leak is fixed and i can put the tank back together when i get home tonight. After fixin it and waiting 4 days for the silicone to dry, then filling it with fresh water and seeing the leak still going i got very depressed. On the way to work yesterday it dawned on me that the water i was seeing coming out around the bottom trim could be just the last of the water traped between the acrylic bottom and the glass bottom. I filled the tank with fresh water to test the repair and sure enough! the water coming out of the bottom trim was salty. So i sucked the water out from around there and waited till this morning to see if it came back. Its dry! Im not sure whos happier, me or the wife seeing her sun room coming back to normal. lol. well im going to do a quick fill now and get the corals and fish back in there then tonight do some awesome aquascaping. Thanks all for all your support

Ffrankie,
Can't wait to see those Monti Caps. A road trip with Daddy!... you too are going to have a great time. They are precious when they are at that age.. Mine was covered in finger paint the other day and was walking around outside acting like the blob! Then she had fun hosing off! AAahhHHHhhh, the world through a childs eyes.

Bad news everone. its 3:00 am now. Last night my dog was struck and ran over by a car. Jerk hit and ran. I did what I could and put him into my truck and flew to the animal emergency room with the police following me cause i was't driving very slow. I love this dog to much to let him die. When i got there the cops saw and understood and helped me bring him in. God bless them. After a long night the doctors got him in stable condition and feel he would pull through. I spend most the night and morning with him but he's pretty druged up and the was little responce. Tomorrow morning at 7:30 I have to go and get him transferd to My vets place down the road. So there wont be any road trip tomorrow. I pm'ed brian and hope he understands and waits till next saturday. My dog is my buddy and I will do what ever it takes to get him back to the way he was. Im very sad right now and won't sleep im sure since he sleeps with me ever since i got him. So be it. I'll fill you all in as it go's with buiscuit. The best damn dog I've ever had.
