Here's a better view of the coast to coast. I copied Nikki's from Pictures of her tank that IAP made for her.

Ok here's the tank on the frame im building for it. The side area will have a surge tank up top and electricals. the bottom will have a few draws and the chiller will be on the bottom. the area under the tank will hold the sump/refugium.

OOohhhh lots of room. I like it! I take it you are going to have a horizontal hinged door above the tank? Your set up is going to be nice and neat. Looking forward to the progress!

Re: Frankie's 120gal. glass experiment

Thanks Kim
No, I won't have a canopy style looking tank this time. The top will be open with a lighting box on tracks that will allow me to raise the lighting up and down to my liking. My whole idea of this set up will be to see the surface of the water in motion. Im going to skin it all in walnut with hinged doors on the side cabinet. the refugium will be on display in the fuge area only and the sides where the water enters and returns will have hinged pannels that hide the skimmer and stuff. I just want to see the refugium area and front pane of the tank when its all done. I'll keep posting pictures as it progresses. Heres a pic of the refugium/filter I built out of a new 75 gal. tenacor acrylic tank in NY.

Wow, that is innovative, Nice. What size is that fuge? It's humongous
Is there about 8" of clearance above it?

Theres about 12" above the fuge. plenty of room for lighting.
