Al, I documented my muffler build. It's running now, we'll see how it does. It is WHISPER quiet! The thread is called Sump Muffler in the DIY forum.

Thanks everyone for reading.

It's 9:18pm and TWO more trips to Lowes and I THINK I am done plumbing...

I worked a bit on the air/water ratio and it's almost whisper quiet now! I'm THRILLED!!

I dialed in the FUGE and it seems to be working like a charm. I I need to lengthen the down-pipe going into the FUGE to silence it but other than that you barely hear anything other than a quiet "swoosh". It's quieter than my 10g with a HOB fuge.
