Al The gasket goes between the flange & glass usually on the threaded side inside. Don't tighten too much & You can always put a little silicone on it as well.

Thanks for the laugh buddy! Actually it HAS water in it... well the OVER FLOW does.. I had to test it for leaks and it didn't leak and I haven't drained it YET! Hopefully in a couple of hours I'll have "TEST WATER" in the tank.

Thanks buddy. All gaskets are on the "WATER SIDE" of the glass now. Makes total sense once I got over the first "Glue High" of the day.

Back to the cold and glue!!

When I was doing all the plumbing for my system, I would go into work the next day and people would ask "Where you into the PVC glue again last night?".

They said I acted "funny". Not sure what that means but....

CONGRATS on the progress!!! WOO HOO!!!

Re: BigAl's slow chronicle . . .

Ok here's an update... it's circulating water.... WHEEWW!!!! What a relief... but I have to tweak it to get the water/air ratio right... right now it's no longer gurling (turned the drain line down a little) but it's still "Water falling" and making me need to PEE!! But it's working.. tomorrow night tweaking the plumbing and turning ON the fuge connection. It's happening and it's thank to ALL of you!

THANK YOU ALL!!
