| Acropora | Re: HMA’s 115 gal. Reef Tank Hello together, the Pink tail trigger hardly was from the FO, it came again to district fights of the remaining animals. My sohal tang was extremely wild and aggressive, now it is for the next week in my fuge. Already for 5 days two new animals were in my QT. Today the two came into my FO, of course after an acclimation of approx. 2 hours. I would like to show today some first pictures. The quality of the pictures is not yet very good, it can become only better. Thalassoma lunare - Moon wrasse ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ... and naturally a new trigger for my FO. My new Hawaiian black trigger, beautiful colored, I must have it ...... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

| Acropora | Re: HMA’s 115 gal. Reef Tank Thank you Robert, i like it too lol The back and side panels were made among other things from white portland cement (CEM I) that is innocuous and without any additives. I formed the rough structure out of polystyrene, this structure became then 6 - 7 times with cement coated (cement is approx. 6cm). Back and side panel consist of three parts, After that the cement drying was, the polystyrene was etch out (with hydrochloric acid 10%ig). The developed cavities again with cement one filled, so three parts from pure cement with many caves and shelters developed. On the pictures one cannot show unfortunately the many swimming areas between the individual caves. There is present so many caves that everyone of my animals its own sleep cave has. That was the short version … edit: I have naturally also LR in the FO, approx. 80Kg (176lbs.) (20kg (44lbs)tank and 60Kg (132lbs) in sump)!

| Golden Moray | Re: HMA’s 115 gal. Reef Tank Very nice Heinz but how long do urchins last with the triggers? They are experts at eating them.

| Acropora | Re: HMA’s 115 gal. Reef Tank Quote:
the urchin in that picture was aprox. 25cm, not the triggers killed them.... it was the puffer. but this urchin was still alive more then 2 years in that tank. It was a test, i will do that never again. all smaller Urchins, crabs and shrimps were dead in shortest time.

| Tiger Shark | Re: HMA’s 115 gal. Reef Tank Heinz very incredible that black is just stunning. One of my favorites as well. The lunar is a great looking specimen as well. I am sure that Vicki will be full of questions about your rock work wall.
