Thanks! This isn't my first tank, as I had a 30G oceanic before that I had sold in the hopes of going bigger. Once college is over and I've got a more permanent home, I'd like to get a 90 Gallon, but for now this will suffice.

I've been wanting a nice sized toadstool for a while now, and was so excited to find this one at my LFS! I'm really interested to see how big it will grow in a tank this size.

Well, tanks almost four months old now, and I figured its time for an upgrade.

I ordered an AP 12 w/HQI off Dr. Foster's and Smith for $190 shipped! I'll be most likely using the Sunpod 70w HQI for this tank, and having a spare AP lying around.

And the good news is, Fedex has the package tracked as coming in tomorrow! Yay!!

I've come into the light, literally. I've decided to keep the tank the same and just pull off the lid and put this light on. WOW is it bright. It's like a whole new tank! I had to adjust my camera settings and everything

New Fixture. Overhang isn't bad at all IMO

Here's the current setup:

Nanocube 12g DX
Sunpod 70w HQI (open top to keep temps down)
Two minijet 606's (one in chamber 1, and one in chamber 3)
JBJ ATO
Bag of Chemipure

What's on my list next for the tank:
Replacing minijet 606's w/ 2 mj900's on a wavemaker
Skimmer (waiting to see results of Euroreef's nanoskimmer)

As for livestock I have:
1 Mexican Turbo Snail
1 Trochus Grazer
5 red-legged hermits
1 True Perc
1 Tailspot Blenny
1 Neon Goby
Misc Softies, LPS, and one Digitata frag.

I do water changes once weekly. This is the lowest maintenance system I have ever had and I'm loving it
