I took about a hundred photos and picked the best ones then cropped them to make them look even better. My next goal is to get the white balance just right so my colors look truer. My little royal gramma is so photogenic! ![]() |

It's ALL gotta go!! Nitrate (NO3) reduction is directly proportional to percentage of Water Change. Allen's home-made formula...currentNO3-((%WC*.01)currentNO3)=finalNO3 (thanks Luukosian) This means if you change 50% of your total water volume (That's EVERYTHING) you'll get a net reduction of (NO3) somewhere around 50%. Ask me about how to increase your REEF budget without going without FOOD!! | Golden Moray | Re: Here We Go Again! Oh! Before I forget...no cyano in two days! I think I have figured out the culprit. I used an algae based food I had never used before. No one in the tank was interested and it probably caused the bloom. Siphoning, cleaning the sand, cleaning all the walls and powerheads, adding phosguard, switching out the lights, doing a water change, and going lights out for 24 hours seems to have done the trick. I will not use that food again! |
