nice I love watchman gobies they always look angry and on the look out. When I get bored I have a staring contest with mine and he always wins haha I just got my blue spot a few weeks ago.

hey guys, so im looking at my goby this morning and i notice he is watching something.........there is a little hole being dug next to him, by my PISTOL SHRIMP!!!!
They are now both in the same burrow and the shhrimp has his antennea out of the hole feeling the goby, im so happy!!!
I will try and get a pic!!!

i would like to say thank you to Disciple and BigAl who havfe both contributed to my reef due to the weekend tank disaster a few months ago. I cant even begin to descibe how thankful and appreciative i am, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Live Rock Rubble will do the SAME thing as Bio-Balls and is NOT a suitable replacement for BIO-BALLS in a Reef System! It's ALL gotta go!!

Nitrate (NO3) reduction is directly proportional to percentage of Water Change.
Allen's home-made formula...currentNO3-((%WC*.01)currentNO3)=finalNO3 (thanks Luukosian)
This means if you change 50% of your total water volume (That's EVERYTHING) you'll get a net reduction of (NO3) somewhere around 50%.

Ask me about how to increase your REEF budget without going without FOOD!!

alright, grabbed a new sump, it is going to be a tight fit. i will be installing it tomorrow using the side entrance technique from melevsreef.com

alright, well new sump is in and it is working great!!!

i also added my last fish to the tank today, my LFS had a sale on Powder Blue Tangs. I know they can be tough but it was just too beautiful too pass up and it is doing great so far.

Any tips on keeping one?
i have nori on a clip and will be feeding vitamin enriched mysis too, pics coming soon

alright here is a big update.....
First, here is a pic of my new sump and setup; much cleaner and bigger and better!!!!


Second, here is my pair of clown in their anemone...



third, here are my cardinals, male is holding eggs for the first time!!!!



Fourth, my new fish....




and here are some pics of some zoas and my rock anemone which is always growing....
