| Smile Maker | Re: Snelly's 90g Reef-O-Rama Sorry to hear that. You've done a nice job pruning that algae. It looks like a finely landscaped garden and the color is spectacular. |

| Manta Ray ![]() | Re: Snelly's 90g Reef-O-Rama I have been having trouble getting my colt coral to stay in place, any ideas? Hes mounted on a small peice of rock and he's growing so the current moves him around, i have tried to glue the rock to no avail and i am always re-burrying it |

| Smile Maker | Re: Snelly's 90g Reef-O-Rama Use a big wad of two part epoxy putty. Stick it on the bottom of the Colt rock and wrap it up and around the rock then smush it into a place on the reef. Mold the epoxy with your fingers to hold it in place. It will need to stay still while the epoxy sets, so turn off the pumps for 45 minutes or so. The epoxy doesn't stick to the rock but when it hardens it holds the rock in place by engaging undercuts in the rock. My best method for keeping hard to glue pieces in place. |
