Re: 90 Gal Sick Day...

Well... as of last night... after the photo shoot, LOL, BS is no where to be found. She jumped with great force TWICE. I was right there and I don't think she got out ( I moved furniture looking, even though the tank was covered) but, I haven't seen her since... I've checked the overflow (covered) and I had the flshlight out after dark... and still no Dot. I hope when I get home from work today... I will see her. I hope she didn't hurt herself...

She'll be fine Lisa. I was worried about my Chiquita at first too... he is just now getting settled. Give her a few days and she'll be entertaining you again

Re: 90 Gal Sick Day...

Lisa Dot will show up! I haven't seen my BS jump, but I suspect he has tried. I'm so paranoid, that I put a towel over the egg crate at night. It won't help during the day, but he tends to wander out of his hole at night, I don't know why, maybe looking for better digs. Karma for Dot!

Re: 90 Gal Sick Day...

Sorry... didn't hear you knocking, LOL. Thanks for your concern!
I am home... still no sign of Dot. I think, but I'm not sure... I can see a spot all the way around on one of the bottom branches of my HUGE piece of branch where "something" may be re-arranging some sand. I am hoping it is her. It's the same area as her original spot. I can see no movement, but when I go look for her the holes seem to be getting bigger/wider. Keep your fingers crossed...
On another note... I realized at work this morning I had'nt seen my yellow clown goby. Of course... it was in the overflow. It is not easy catching a 1" fish in the overflow!!! Anyway, after making a HUGE mess, it is now living in my fuge. I really don't understand how it got in there. I have got gutter guard everywhere.
My six line seems to be doing very well... They are really neat fish!!!

Re: 90 Gal Sick Day...

Sorry, I really hope Dot shows up. Sounds like your Goby is clowning around. Six line wrasses are the bomb and fun to watch. Good Luck!

Re: 90 Gal Sick Day...

Great new fish. I hope Dot shows up soon. It is probably her hole you see.
I love my yellow clown gobies. I have one in each tank. They are bold little things and I fished mine out of the overflow early this week as part of my adventures with electricity. LOL
My six-line is a big fat bully. Hope yours is not as much of a bully to your fish.

Re: 90 Gal Sick Day...

Have you observed the hole when you feed the fish? Sometimes you can see a really quick peek of them by doing that. That is how I find mine when they disappear.
