I patched the trim up fine earlier

Now it needs 3 coats of polyurethane on everything AFTER the paint has dried a full 24 hrs. With the heater going, it should be dry and ready for the 1st coat of polyurethane tomorrow night; then the last 2 coats Tuesday; which puts me at switching tanks on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.

A LFS has ordered the loc-line for my return; it will be available Wednesday.

Saw you painted the back of the tank yourself. I was thinking about doing the same...what kind of paint did you use?

Good Stuff Doni. I like rust-oleum products. Sorry i didn't get to this earlier. Yes you can just paint over the polyurethane and then poly again. NBD. Just sand out the bumps. I don't recommend using a hair drier to speed it up though. It could cause it to flash dry a different color. Space heating the garage is the way to go.

My husband drilled the holes in the stand and installed the bulkheads today; afterwards, I managed to put a coat of polyurethane on

The space heater is doing a very good job at warming the garage.
