I REALLY appreciate you voicing your opinion. Thank you! I do understand that they haven't shipped very much and as expected they will have a learning curve to deal with. It is very unfortunate that the fish lost their lives because of that. Now it is time they step up to the plate, learn from this mistake and continue the act of good customer service(reimburse my cost of the fish)......

Have you heard anything else from them? They could at least give you your $ back. They should have researched shipping needs. Those poor fishies...

No word from them yet. I submitted an official complaint through the BBB. Hopefully, that will encourage them to refund my $$$.

Hopefully, I'll hear from them tonight....

I am so sad for you and those fish. I wonder how many other people have had the same problems??? I would certainly write a vendor experience for anyone researching them...

Woody, I'm fighting the same battle with Jeff's Exotic Fish (no responses to e-mails and phone calls). I'm not out as much money, and didn't get dead fish though. My fish just wasn't in the package and I didn't get a sale price for my Bluespot. It's about $100.
