I "removed" my hippo tang last night. I got tired of seeing white spots on his fins and was just waiting for an outbreak in my tank. All my other fish are fine and in good health so I didnt want to take a chance.
My new McCoskeri is getting along great with everyone. The filamentous and the mc are practicing "tolerance" so far... Its awesome watching them "flash" each other. No aggression just some pretty colors. They live on opposite sides of the tank but I will try and get a shot of them showing off.
For those who havent seen the Mc here is the pic they took of him before he shipped out...

Bummer about your Hippo! What did you do with it put it in the Nano?

That Mc is super stupendous. You really like, and are good with, color in your tanks.

I don't get it? Anyway, give me a comparison on the size of that cookie cutter star. (ie quarter, half dollar, baseball, softball, basketball or other). That's the exact star I would like to own someday. Thanks for doing the research on wether it's reef safe or not!

Half dollar sized He has climbed on everything in my tank and bothered nothing. Call Dr Mac at PE and see if he has any more They were only $12
