HAHA I desperately need SLEEP. Decided that now is time to paint the livingroom BEFORE tank gets set up or I may never get a chance. Picked up paint yesterday... removed border (what a pain) spackled, primed, finished refugium wall on sump now its all good to go.... went to sleep 4 am... Got up early today Started painting first coat of the upper wall color. Got that done took a break Went to LFS picked up 56lbs cured live rock. and 140 lbs of sand (doing a 4" bed) Somewhere along the lines I got a dumb idea that since the boxed water was doing so well for my nano that maybe I would have time to pick up a few extra boxes here and there.... well today I picked up 8 boxes @ 41.5lbs per box thats a lot of water. The Hummer was FULL today Got home had to unload 508 lbs of fish stuff and return to painting. Finished painting around 12 am Clean up, move furniture back, MOVE NEW TANK INTO PLACE alone (that wasnt to easy) Set up new lights just to finally see em only to realize the biocube is using up all the outlets for the moment.
Tomorrow is a big day AWD is coming over to give me a hand. Will be setting up plumping water sand rock etc... Will have about 106 working gallons of water with the monster sump. Then tues I have a mated pair of Yashia Whie Ray Gobies and a red band pistol shrimp arriving from Dr Foster & Smith! They will either be the first residents of the new tank or the new lone residences of the biocube Havent decided. Then everything from the cube goes to the 75 nano and I start over with the cube! but for now I think I must sleep!

Re: BWolf's 75 gallon Nano!

Sounds like you had a weekend with too much fun in it. So, they way to get the room painted is to put up a new tank? Does that also work for new carpet, or how about an upgrade to tile? Humm...

Rest up!
