I got it from Aquarium Specialty. Ive bought a bunch of stuff from them. Scott at AS is a standup guy! There was a delay in delivery to AS and he had Rick at TunzeUSA drop ship it right to my door so I wouldnt have to wait. It was $175 which at first glance is a bit pricey but when you consider that it comes with a pump with a very strong head pressure (a lot of $99 units require a pump that is NOT INCLUDED) plus the fact that the Fill float works on an electric eye/laser beam thingy so it cant get stuck open and then look at the all the other safety features ... audible overfill alarm, 10 minute pump cutoff, seperate overfill float... I think that $175 is reasonable price I got the kalk reactor ($99) from Marine Depot (who also sell the Osmolator but were at the time out of stock) Also if you ever need a replacement pump its only $19

Re: BWolf's 75 gallon Nano!

Nice Reefkeeper 2 and Tunze Ozmolator - just got these myself - sweet!

I didn't see where you posted what the cause was of your ph spike. Did something go wrong on the osmolator? I agree with you about the manual, what specifically wasn't unclear though? Is it how the sensors were set up? The first time mine ran longer than it should have, but I just unplugged it until I could think about it for a while (and read the manual more). By the next day, I got brave and plugged it back in without doing anything different and it has worked great since. Just want to make sure I didn't miss something important in that little book.

It was a combination of things. Im using the Tunze calc reactor with the osmo. Because the pump ran so long the first time I plugged it in it pumped way 2 much kalk to the tank. It should work fine now as the osmo tops off about a cup at a time. I just think they shouldve included a warning that the pump may run a long time when you first set it up. Then again if I had thought about what I was doing I shouldve seen the danger. Unfortunately I was up way way late last night and was a bit cloudy headed when I started the project

Re: BWolf's 75 gallon Nano!

Awesome corals man! One thing I have found with hydnophoras is that they do best with very high levels of magnesium. Not sure why but every time i dose magnesium the next day it is out so much more than before. I keep mine around 1600.
