| Over Achiever | Re: Dentoid's Reeforama Clint, there is a nitrate reducing method that has been used in Europe by adding small doses of vodka to the tank to "feed" the bacteria responsible for the breakdown of nitrate to nitrogen gas. It's controversial in the US. Sugar can also be used. It wouldn't surprise me if there was research going on in some secret laboratory to bring this to the market. Can you imagine the $ that can be made if someone invents a reliable and safe nitrate reducing modality that only requires that you add a little a day! Although it would take a lot of convincing in this hobby, from what I've seen. Thanks to everyone for stopping by and for all the nice compliments. I loce you all!
