Love the LEDs. Those are definitely in the master plan for when I actually own a home. They look really good, the color on that Bluespot is so much better!

Those duncans are cool. Your mandarin is nice and plump.... Spotty is pissin the polyps off again.. lol cool pictures.

Yes, I have removed my Aqualight that contained the MHs.

I can only compare the Solaris fixture to the Aqualight Pro fixture. The Solaris was 3 times more than what I paid for the Aqualight new.

Cough! I assume the added cost is for the contoller?

That's probably part of it and also that it is new technology in the aquarium lighting arena. Just like anything new, it's costly.

Great point Craig and that is something that I didn't even consider. The cost of my outer orbit PLUS the cost of a controller like the AC III Pro and the solaris isn't that much more...

Lighting = 6x250 watts MH, 2x96 watt PC ,and 2x140 watt VHO for a total watt of 1,972 watts . New addition on 4-14-07 of 100 gallon sump and 100 gallon refugium. I think I have lost my mind.
