Re: Dentoid's Reeforama

Update. Picked this combo rock up yesterday.

A red Montipora Cap., beigh Star Polyps, and a green softie hitch hiker, not sure of the name. Anyone?

Here's a closer picture.

Here's a picture of a SPS that came with my LR. I may have posted this earlier, but here it is with full polyp extension after feeding the tank with Marine Snow. It has a pretty green halo, especially with the blue moon glo lights. Also in the upper left is a clam/oyster that also came on the live rock. Can't see it that well but it has a yellow spiny shell. It is also open and feeding.

I also replaced my Midas Blenny and covered the tank with egg crate. Thanks you Lynn and Billy, your posts finally made me see the light.

That one on the monti is xenia. It grows extremely fast! To me that SPS looks like some type of millipora.

Re: Dentoid's Reeforama

I called today. They usually get their shipmens on Fri., but we are in the midst an ice storm and they are not getting a shipment this week. The ETA is a week from this Fri. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Re: Dentoid's Reeforama

At least they didn't ship it in the storm. I will wait patiently until the due date.

Re: Dentoid's Reeforama

Cute post, maybe this will be a solution for Lynn too. I know where to find digital Bluespots if you are interested.

Re: Dentoid's Reeforama

LOL I want a real live one though. Guess I'll have to live digitally for a while. Send me a pic to add to my screensaver. I'll pretend it is mine.
