Re: Dentoid's Reeforama

Well, UPS attempted to deliver it @ 1:19pm, but no one was available to sign-duh! No one is home! Anyway, I called UPS and changed the shipping address to my office. It will now be delivered tomorrow!

Scott, I am very interested in this LED lamp. Are there technical data sheets?
Particularly do the colors of light interest me in KELVIN and the intensity of the lamp in LUMENS. Perhaps is there even comparative data between MH/HQI - T5 and LED?

BTW ... in Germany not yet to be bought.
thanks ....

Re: Dentoid's Reeforama

Heinz, here is a review by Dana Riddle who tested and evaluated these LED lights. All the information you want. The article does not cover the newest model the Solaries I4.Advanced Aquarist's Online Magazine - Product Review: A New Horizon in Lighting: PFO's Solaris LED System

Michael, sorry buddy! You've got enough there to tinker around with. I'll be sure to keep you posted!

Terry, you'll have to come over some week-end to see my tank and we'll go to Dr. Mac's place.

Re: Dentoid's Reeforama

The suspense just keeps on going Scott.
You better have a camera ready when UPS shows up tomorrow. lol

Jack went over those with me. Great looking lights. When I get ready to go large I'm definitely going to have to save up and add those on the list. The upfront cost looks big, but so are the payoffs when you factor in heat, cooling the tank, electricity. Doesn't take long to pay for itself AT ALL.

They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.

Re: Dentoid's Reeforama

I think Scott's just trying to drive up the ratings on his thread for the sweeps period.

Didn't you notice Melanie's avatar? She's Number 1 with a bullet.

Scott is a close second with the Solaris.
