I love those Polyps...the Zoas are nice too, but I am just not a zoa person...don't know why because they are so pretty...I think I am like a clown fish..I like the wavy things. .. Very nice pictures...

Sorry Doc i just saw your reply in the contest thread. Looks awesome! Hard to keep coral for sure. Use a turkey baster once a week to clean it out from junk settling inside. It likes lots of light and no target feeding!

Re: Dentoid's Reeforama

Hey Dr. S, I think it should be about lunch time for you so while I was sitting here looking at fishies and other things I spent some of your money I love spending other people's money. Why you? Well caus I like the Montipora you have and immediately thought of your tank when I saw these. Anyway, I actually did well and it won't cost you as much as what you might have spent had you been sitting there doing this yourself.....You see, I like those montipora's so much that you have in your tank...I think they are just soooo neat and well check this out, I think you need one of these also.....I can't have them, but you can.....now I am going to go back to looking some more and see who elses money I can spend...Have a wonderful day and I can't wait to see the pictures of these in your tank. :

Re: Dentoid's Reeforama

Yes that is a nice monti! So nice that I already have a frag! In fact I had a nice growth and my star polyps were invading, they had already covered about a forth of the monti. So about 2 weeks ago I pulled the rock out, fragged the monti cap and put the star polyp rock in my 20 gallon. Now I just need to wait for the frags to start growing. I noticed that
Dotty had incorporated a small piece into he burrows entrance that must have gotten away. It's starting to grow. She will soon have a lawn ornament!

Re: Dentoid's Reeforama

Oh ...well there is a space beside that thing in the center of your tank that sits next to the hammer (i think)...that thing that looks like it is either giving me a peace sign or something that isn't too nice...anyway, there is a space there , right? Well it needs something on it.....

Hey look , I am an elegance coral now, speaking of which, how is your elegance doing?

Glad Dotty will have a lawn ornament and I can't wait to see the red monti when it gets bigger. I am going to have to get better lights so I can have one of those...I think it is time for a new full tank shot again, you got new stuff and I am sure things have grown too and it has been awhile. So I am sure we will all be here waiting for one

Re: Dentoid's Reeforama

Thanks Cat! Your pointers are always welcome. Here is a full tank shot and some cute pictures of Dotty.

There are 7 species of fish showing in this picture. See if you can find and name them.
