What we eat is not necessarily what causes decay, it's not having good oral hygiene practices that does. Eat whatever you want, just make sure you brush and floss daily and see your dentist twice a year.

I'm impressed with the Solaris. The growth has been amazing, my maximas are even getting bigger! Since I got them in Sept. '07 they have added a whole new scute ridge.

Steve, I did have two blue LEDs out when I first got the fixture, but PFO was very good about getting me a replacement. That was 2-3 months ago.

I did get my Elegant Dottyback. It's a beautiful little fish. He is doing great, and he likes to hide in the caves. It has been impossible for me to get a picture of him. Unlike most Pseudochromis, this guy has not bothered any of the other fish. I wish that I could see more of him, but he is a very cool fish.
