Re: Lynn and Frank's saltwater adventure.

No pics at the moment but some possible great news.
It is very likely I will be getting a Solaris in the next month or so.
I am so psyched. Now I just have to sell my MH lights. Not for sale until I get the Solaris but if anyone is thinking of upgrading to 3 150w mh with 4 96w actinics and moonlights, shoot me a PM.

Another Solarisite! Before you know it the world will be dominated by Solaris and Blues Spotted jawfish!! (Move over Bunny, there are more important games afoot!)

Re: Lynn and Frank's saltwater adventure.

LOL The Solaris will not be for Sunshine's tank. It will be for the reef. Unless I can work out a two for one deal.
Sunshine may get a controller and an ATO so he will not be completely ignored (as if he could ever be ignored. )

Re: Lynn and Frank's saltwater adventure.

Bad news on the reef front. I was cutting some frags and noticed my read scooter blenney dead behind a rock. The good news is that he was still intact so I dobt my parameters will change with his loss. I will just be sad. He was with us since he was very very tiny.

Re: Lynn and Frank's saltwater adventure.

About a year and a half. We loved watching him grow from a finy fish to a decent size. I wish I knew what happened. No marks on him to indicate a predator.
