Not to highjack JFKs chronicle, but I have a dedicated tank room ventilated to the outlside for heat dissipation, so the extra AO2 didn't accumulate. I don't have a calcium reactor hooked up anymore. The only animals I have that need much are 1 clam and 2 acros.

I agree with you on the tank. JFK, those acros are SICK! (my kids say that's a good thing?!)

Thanks....

As long as you give it enough space where the sweeper tentacles don't reach other corals, you'll be ok.

Watch the coral after lights out to get an idea of how far the tentacles reach. You'll also be able to see where your'e tanks flow sends them.

Don't know if it's going to make a difference or not, but I just ordered a 192 watt PFO retrofit PC kit for my reef.

I currently have 942 watts and have seen spectacular growth over the past year. This upgrade will bring me up to 1134 watts. I'll be adding some more 7200k blue bulbs.

Maybe it's cause I have the space and not much left to tinker or add to my system?

We'll see... I'll keep everyone updated on the impact... if any... on my reef.
