Blue light tubes gives a blue light while actinic tubes gives a purple light. Both light spectrums, in my understanding helps the corals to achieve better health and growth... ![]() | |

Alright... my confession... been on a mission to slowly lower my sandbed... took out about 5kg of sand last night and gave all the sand a good stir, releasing tons of detritus!!!! Had a change of filter wool in my overflow and also changed new GAC while doing that... skimmer went crazy and was toally black at the skimmer cup less than 24 hours after my little "operation"... ![]() |
