For me, a tank should always have sand, but if i dont look down, yours is looking great

Is there a reason why you have no sand ?

It's common in italy to think that the sand can create some problems with no3 and po4 in the first period. Some of the most beautiful tank that I see in one of the principal italian acquarium forum are without the sand.
I wait to have a stable chemical parameters to put in the sand maybe after the summer.

Very nice gianluca - in just 12 weeks. Although my line of thinking is slightly different from yours, I started with 30kg live sand - first thing I put in the tank

aah..... the BB versus sand debate! I prefer sand myself, but am thinking about not adding any until six months in my new tank (once I start it!).

Coming along nicely anyway!
