Mavjoy awesome job, just think in about 6 to 8 months most of your corals will have doubled in size..
Good luck with the birdsnest, I have a pink birdsnest that I cant seem to find a happy spot for, it has great polyp extension, but the color changed from pink to red. i have had it for about 6 months, and I have tried moving it 3 times. Hope yours does better.

doubleduece- thanks for the compliment. Yeah, my cuz told me to just keep my birdsnest mid-level location of the tank and hopefully it takes off..LOL. I'm about to do my WC right now but still waiting for my temp to match the DT. I just hope that i see some kind of growth after 2-3 months(so i can trade it and get cash...jk). This hobby of ours doesn't come cheap, but I'm addicted to it..hehe

Happy Thanksgiving! I'm pretty sure that's a stomatella in the first picture. Good guys to have! The tank is looking awesome!

One of my LFS was open today and picked up a bubble coral. I'll post some pics later. It's color brown and bright green in the middle. It's still opening as i type hehe.

I'm currently using purigen and chemi-pure for a month now. When do i rinse/replace the purigen and chemi-pure? I've read other peeps re-charge the purigen after 2 months and replace the chemi-pure after 3 months. Does this sound right? Thanks.

Mavjoy - Nice pictures of a healthy looking bubble!

The schedule on the Purigen & Chemipure sounds good to me. I think Chemi-Pure says 6 months, but I never trusted it to last that long.

I recharge my Purigen a few times before disposing of it. Seachem told me 6times was OK, but I usually do it maybe 3 times - the bag usually starts tearing about then. I keep a couple around, and recharge one after replacing it with another. After the bleach soak, use one of the recommended anit-chlors to kill the bleach. I use Prime.

Thanks RM for the 411 about the chemi and purigen. I finally got another fish today and it's a 4 line wrasse. It's a little bigger than my maroon clown and so far, they are both getting along well

. I couldn't help it and picked up a Cats Eye too..LOL...I have to stop buying every week!!!..I'll take some pics later and let you guys check it out. I might have to get some new type of food besides flakes for my 4 line. I'm thinking of giving it frozen mysis or maybe live brine.

Now I know what a "cat's eye" is - I'd never heard that type of coral called that before. Nice 4 line too!

Thanks RM. The 4 line is messing with my maroon tho. It just nip part of the maroon's tail. The 4 line is much bigger than my maroon(as you can see in the pic). How do you catch a 4 line? Any easy way would be great. Is there an...easy way?
