Re: Full Tank RSM Photos~

doubleduece - very nice tank and setup! Thanks for posting a picture!

Witfull - I've lost more corals than fish, so I'm not sure I can agree with that (due to aggression, wrong conditions, etc.). So far (knock on wood) my fish success is very very good, not always the case with corals.

each tank is differnent this is true.....but one thing ive learned,,,,is when fish die,,,,they take others,,,,,corals are a one at a time thing.

Re: Full Tank RSM Photos~

Witfull - I've only really lost one fish, my year old lawnmower blenny (RIP - possible starvation). Never did find the body, but it didn't result in the loss of any other fish. I guess you mean loss due to ich or other disease/parasites?

Re: Full Tank RSM Photos~

Yeah,,,usually,,,its poor/no QT that results in massive die outs. corals are a diff critter.....they kill or die depending on the conditions. but fish,,,,one bad fish can wipe out a tank.....ive seen horror storys,,,,,,10k's of losses cause of one "oh. it looks fine" fish.

Re: Full Tank RSM Photos~

How about an Easter Island look - little faces with big noses could be carved in each rock? But, that might look more like Mount Rushmore, unless you carve the rock into pillars.

Re: Full Tank RSM Photos~

i saw one tank that was done in Roman Ruins......that was so cool. he had a thin wall of rock from top to bottom in the back, with the Roman ruins in front.....looked like Vesuvius just swallowed Pompeii.

Love that Flame angel! The tank looks like it has escaped any major diatom or hair algae phases so far - looking good Arreola!
