Re: which reef safe fish has the most personality?

Red Hawk, but jumpers, lost 1, mentor lost 2 carpet surfing, mine too, my sailfin is okay, mentors has one and neurotic, fun to watch, but they would not be on my top 10 for this poll.

Re: which reef safe fish has the most personality?

I think once you have your tank long enough and the fish in the tank are all veterans - they all develop their own routines and personalities. Almost every inhabitant in my tank stares at me when I walk by or sit and watch them. I swear they are plotting something against me, but it's still fun to watch them all swim around, and then stop and stare at me when I walk by... like... "Shhhh... here he comes...."

speckled lawnmower, dwarf hawk, jawfish, filamented flasher wrasse's, watchmen gobys. they all seem to be a fun addition to the tank if they acclimate well with other inhabitants.

Re: which reef safe fish has the most personality?

i have to agree on sailfin tang, I seriously think mine's a diva! every time i have a camera she just blocks everything I want to take a picture of and so I only have pictures of her and ___. Otherwise she goes about her own business but it's always fun to watch. I also love the behavior of my diamond goby, we don't get along because he likes to re-arrange everything i set up. We have arguments but generally I cave and he gets his way. Everyone that comes over to look at my tank loves him though...

So far, with my limited experience, I would have to vote for a Diamond Sifter Goby. Loves to move sand, make caves, and show off.

My lawnmower blenny is great...so fun to watch...even as he lounges in a soap dish with acans!
