Which kind of tank is more fun to stock?

Aggressive tank with Triggers and Eels

Peaceful Tank Anenomes and Angels


I cant decided which way to go!

i'd say aggressives are more fun to stock, nice big selection of fish and other creatures, BUT reef tanks are more fun to ENJOY.

both of those look like aggressive tanks to me. i would put all those fish in the same tank, being it big enough

well now I have a garden eel in with my rbta and they're quite fine, the both of them. Not together of course.

You really shouldn't put anemones in with angels either. The larger ones will generally make quick snacks of them...the dwarfs are usually OK, but are also sized to make anemone snacks...

I have never seen an angel eat a anemone, Anemones sting most other fish..thats their defense....never in 7 years retail and maintaining have I ever.

I have had both types of tanks, and the agressive tank only lasted about a year. I had a dwarf lion. Peacful is definately the way to go. Lots more fish to select from!
