that's twice that someone in this forum has used a quote of mine (maxx I think had chaos, disorder etc. .. which I also had for awhile). not saying he took it from me, simply that it was used by him as well as me. funny

Well Crakeur, as you noticed, I didn't try it as one of mine, just from someone who I couldn't remember. Just a great line.

My Euro-Reef puts out some crazy foam and along with it came the smell. Especially after I added some extra flow with my Tunze's it seemed the smell factor went up. Strange but nice to know that thing is workin well for the $$$$ i paid for it.

Glad to here your Euro-Reef is working well. Did you notice a measurable increase in the amount of skimmate from your tunze's? I would guess it is keeping the DOCs in suspension which allows for efficient removal from the water column.

i was wondering about my skimmate smell. It used to have a sweet ultra concentrated ocean smell... now its changing to a more dirty smell.

The skimmate from my old remora wasn't too bad, but the skimmate from my CSS220 smells like someone with stomach problems just went to the bathroom. I can turn the vent fan on, close the door, turn the glade scented oil output up, yet the whole downstairs smells like it after about 10 mins. Its gag-tacular!
