i thought it best she hears from some others on the correct term used

Let's say you ordered something for your tank and it's shipping with tracking info.

You either:

A) Before it arrives, you download the instructions and have everything figured out about exactly how and where to use it, you know all about its strengths and weaknesses from online reviews, you know the entire history of the manufacturer it is coming from because that makes a difference to you. Reefgeek

B) You check the tracking site at least every 15 minutes for days looking for updates hoping that it will be a little closer, and maybe, just maybe, it will come early. Reefaholic

If you do both, then you are just hopeless... (I think I fit into this category)
