What Brand Flake Food Do You Use?

Although flake food isn't always the best choice for our little aquatic friends many of us use it as a convenient alternative to frozen foods now and then or in addition to them . I thought it would be interesting to see which brands are most often used in reef tanks. Along with your vote feel free to mention which specific type of flake food you use as well (e.g. Ocean Nutrition Formula One, O.S.I. Spirulina, etc...).

I make my own fish food but Omega One & cyclopeeze are in my freezer.

I actually use a couple different kinds but I marked the one they like the best. I switch it around with frozen. The others I use are cyclopeeze and spirulina.

Actualy I dont use or even stock flake strange I know but in my market research here everyone prefers pellet & frozen

You left out a category on the poll "None". I don't not use flake food at all. Never have and never will. All fresh frozen or raw from the fish market with the occasional supplement.

i feed omega one pellets in between frozen foods, to give good variety!

When I do use flakes or pellet food it is Omega One. seems to have the best ingredients out of all the stuff on the market. My personal tank all use is frozen, either prepared foods or homemade mush. I usually save the flakes and pellets for maintenance accounts

I use everything I can find. Alternate with flake, frozen, fresh. I try to do more frozen and fresh (and cyclopeeze, freeze dried) but sometimes it's just quicker to give a pinch of the flakes, and they go nuts.

I use a homemade preparation for the fish, but use a pinch of prime reef to give the goniopora mix some "body".

I feed new life spectrum pellets, cyclopeeze, hikari bio-pure frozen brine and krill, ocean nutrition seaweed selects nori, occasionally OSI spirulina flakes, fresh shrimp

I don't feed flake. I alternate between nori and frozen.
