wow lols! I just replace my overflow syphons they got a lot of coralline algae & made a home for my gobbies!!!

I just replaced my sump. Wow there was a lot of junk under the lr. I guess I need to clean the new one more often.

maybe put a chocolate chip starfish in the sump for cleaning.. my buddy did that..

I usually have several chocolate chip stars in my sump. (harlequin food) I have three in it right now but it still gets settled ditritus that needs removing.

I drop my mag 7 in the sump with a hose on the end... spray all over the place getting things all mixed up. then i put the hose into the sock and move the mag to all the dirty spots..... easy clean up. only easier way i see is cougra's canister method.

I have went with the canister filter method and it works awesome

yeah, it make a lot of sense... i regret getting rid of the one i had.
