| Limpet | I always wondered this one. I've herd many different answers to this one. "How long do you run your daylight bulbs?" I personally run mine for 10 hours only because I thought it made sense, being that most of the corals are from the tropics. (But I don't know what the proper time period is) My light runs like this: VHO's (4x110W) 10:30am to 10:30pm MH's (2x175W) 11:30am to 10pm.
