Sure would be nice of this sponsor would reply back to e-mails, though. I bought one of their skimmers 6 months ago. The intake tube broke this weekend while cleaning and I am trying to get a replacement from them bu they don't answer e-mails. Not good CS if you ask me. I hate that my first post has to be a vent.
