i havent, and TBH,,,id avoid ordering livestock on eBay, many a scam artist live there. use a reputable supplier that you can contact and has set prices on stuff.

some eBayer's run bogus sales,,,others have other screennames or friends that bid on the item to run up the bid price.

I have had good luck on E-bay but I would never buy from sombody that has so many neg. feedbacks JMO

Only had 2 negs when I paid the day after i ordered he got 15 more...Looks like I'm going to get ripped off ..Bummer

He actually had 10 negs from within the last 12 months, then in the last month, got another 17, and now has private feedback comments.

File a complaint. It just might help.
When I use eBay, if the person even has 1 negative comment... I'm very hesitant about them.
Try to get in touch with the person that filed the negative and see what happened.There were a few times that the peron who left the negative comment got a little to hot under the collar waiting for an item and posted too soon.
Sometimes, things get worked out between the buyer and the seller, sometimes not.

stephen, i know your reputation, and its well deserved. i do use ebay for some stuff, ive made quite a few purchases, just not life stock. when ever i ebay its with caveat emptor, but also with ebay, caveat venditor~
