| Torch coral  | wow!!! congrats indeed!!!! Here in California 150K will get you a small parcel of land, and maybe a shack. for a home of that, I would have to spend about 350-500 K just for the house!!! congrats, and I will stay in my apartment-like conditions for a while, maybe the downstairs neighbors wont mind if one of my tanks leak.... :O lol

| Plate Coral  | Congratulations! Having recently gone through purchasing a house myself, I know how stressful it can be. And that is definitely a deal compared to Southern California (you don't want to know what our sale price was). Now it's on to getting the tank set up, or maybe and upgrade...?

| Reef Shark | Damn, figures, cold country. My son just bought a house in Western Wisconcin this past week. He's getting married, and will move to where the girl is from due to child custody issues. He also got a screamin deal on the house, and got tons more house for his $$$ than he'd have gotten here. In fact, you can't even buy a stinkin condo for what you are paying for that nice house. I'll be glad to move from Kahleeforneeya. The prices are bad enough, but to be saddled with an idiot for governor, is just adding insult to injury, so to speak. Rumor says this nimrod is worse than Jesse "the body" Ventura was for Minnesota.
