You are Late, nick!!
Actually, shoulda explained better...needed to be there @ 4:30 central time...got there w/ 5 minutes to spare. Amn what a night...the music was okay...Hootie's a great cover band...just don't know how they ever got a record deal...all of their own songs sound the same...but surprisingly enough, I actually enjoyed the Barenaked Ladies. I havent really liked much of their stuff, but I was pleasantly surprised. And the crowd was drinking one!!! We had to restock over 150 cases of beer. Typically on a heavy drinking night we have about 90 cases to restock...this was entertaining to say the least....

Maxx, I've ALWAYS been a fan of Bare Naked Ladies!

As you can see, It's just before 3a.m. on Monday, gotta get ready to go do the nasty! I get to drive about 90 miles into the San Francisco bay area, then get on a boat to go to work.

Glad to see another Bears fan out there! Unfortuantely we haven't got much to be happy about after that performance yesterday. I will be the first person to send Favre a retirement card to wish him well when he leaves teh game.....sheeeeze!! I am tired of him!

Good morning to all. I am sitting here at my office at the DFW airport looking out the window watching aiplanes takeoff into the sunny blue sky where the temperature today is expected to be 70. Life is good!

It was good to be a Niners fan for six home games this year. Ouch when they are on the road. Favre loves to fatten up his stats on the Niners as well!

Yes, it's morning again - just a few more minutes, Mom? No rest for the weary when you have 2 cats that are hungry, a 2 year old ready to get up and play, and garbage that needs to get out to the street....lol...I think we had a heat wave - it's 47 F outside!

Good afternoon from Winter Wonderland!

It's a balmy 31F right now, with close to 2 feet of snow on the ground. I'm sick of winter already.

Dave, that reminds me of a time (way back when) - I drove to Florida from Mass. Snowed from CT all the way to Georgia. I couldn't believe the ppl driving ... you'd watch them -- 70mph, and straight into the ditch...70mph, and straight into the ditch. LOL

I had to turn around at the SC/NC border, because Rte. 95 was closed -- the plows they had in SC were only 2' wide, and couldn't handle it - rofl.

I wonder if any New Englanders remember the Blizzard of '78? We got 37" of snow over 3 days straight. Hurricane force winds and 10'-15' drifts. Schools were closed for 2 weeks ... I remember driving around "down town" with my dad on our snowmobiles, because all the town roads were closed for several days. Yikes!!

Teri, that the way it was when i was growing up on the farm in Iowa. It would take them weeks to get around to cleaning all the country roads. That is one reason I live in Gilbert AZ, NO MORE SNOW,
