To be honest with you, I don't spend much time on any aquarium boards anymore. The tanks still bring me much enjoyment...just don't talk about them on the internet these days. After years away from Bodybuilding, getting out of shape, herniating some discs and reaching middle age....I am back to pumping iron baby! What!?... with a bad back!? YES! it's all about building my core strength and being careful! Squats and deadlifts are out of the question, but there are alternate moves/exercises to train around a junk back. I feel better now than I have in years...look better too, according to Wifey

I've been spending time @ couple fitness forums that are really helpful this time around.
Thank You for making me feel welcome here...I just might take advantage of that from time to time

p.s. I had to edit this because it was a bunch of blabber! My first post was so long that in the process of trimming it down, it went to H..E.. double hockey sticks!
