if you could get one Reef related present this year what would you want?

Dear Santa, I want a new protien skimmer - a turbofloater or Red Sea Berlin would be nice. I've been pretty good this year.

i say this as my best advice to a beginner. do not,,,and i repeat,,,,,DO NOT look at my tank as an example....i have a well practised eye, decades of experience, and a trunkload of failures to allow me to force the issue and get away with things most cannot~

MH/PC or VHO retro for my 75, complete with bulbs and electronic ballasts.

That's not asking for much, is it?

Can I play???
I want a new VHO ballast. I've been without actinics for a couple of months now. Everytime I have some money set aside, some stupid bill shows up.

I was at Petsmart today, an I fell in love with the 150 gallon that they had on display, I love the shape of it, not to mention it was huge. It was a 48"Wx30"Hx24"D, and on the stand, it sat about 5'6". I sat there and stared into it until I noticed the prople staring at me funny. I'm gonna go to my LFS sometime next week, and see if they can get me one that is drilled. If I can't have that, then I'll settle for some $$ for some LR.

It would have to be either a bigger tank (don't we all want that except for Mike) or a Calcium Reactor!

Curt, now that Christmas is here, I think you'll have many more stupid bills!

I need a bigger house for all the reefing plans I have
But to be honest I've only been good enough for a nice calcium reactor
