| Madame Klanganator | Re: OT: Iceland Pics VERY nice pictures; Iceland is one of my dream places to visit! My son's gf spent a long weekend there this past spring and loved it. How did you find it expense-wise compared the US? Thanks for sharing and welcome to RS!

| Midas Blenny | Re: OT: Iceland Pics Absolutely out of control expensive LOL. Apparently, that's what it's known for, but it was really expensive. Gas was about $100 a fill-up for a Mazda 3 (which we did about 3x after driving around the entire country), the average 20oz coke bottle was about $2.50-$3, and food in general was expensive (but soo soo good). Average good to fancy dinner was about $40 for the main course and $12-15 for bisque lol. It was all good though.
