Please Take a Look and HELP!!!!!

hey everyone,
i am seeking your guidance and assistance.To lay a little background on what i need help with, here it is...

i have decided to start my own company!

my company will start off in the automotive arena, which is where most of my knowledge and expertise lie, and i plan to branch out in the future as well. I will be primarily be selling automotive leads to dealerships accross the country. I have an exclusive "in" in this industry and the Lead Generation industry is growing all the time. The second facet of the company will be in advertising and marketing Tracking. This is done by way of Toll Free numbers attached to a companies advertising and this will let us systematically track which of a particular companies advertising is generating the most results, as always just 20% of most companies advertising generates 80% of their resluts but most companies dont know which 20% is effective so they keep al their advertising out of fear. Luckily i have an extremelly advanced way to track all advertising that a company does and the ability to track the return on investment and the cost per lead per advertisment.

Now for my dilemma, what do i name my company?
I have a business model, clients, and the technology and connections to get started, I have my LLC paperwork ready except for one blank spot where i need to fill in the company name...

I am hoping for some suggestions, no idea is a bad idea.

What areas do you see yourself branching into?
You don't want to limit your target markets because your name sounds too automotive.

What kind of feeling or image do you want your name to convey?
I like this kind of stuff.

SATC LLC. Southern Auto Tracking Company LLC.

Just an idea. A name is everything. In NY I had Frankie Floors INC. That went well with all the Italians. When i moved south I had to think like a Charleston southerner. The water is a major pass time here and these people are proud of there history. Out of that came my new name Two Rivers hardwood Flooring LLC. The two rivers are after a famous peninsula down town Charleston. This has taken off also. You need to consider the clients you are dealing with also. You are much more broader then i so don't get to close to home.

vdituri, i agree, i dont want it to be automotive either,
my girlfriend, a graphic designer, and me had my parents over for dinner , wine, and a brainstorm session this evening.
We were thinking things like Fusion Business Solutions, but my gf thinks that the business solutions at the end is all too common now. but fusion was an idea, nexus was another idea...
we are trying to think of terms that mean people working together for success

I like the word Solutions. Try and fit that in maybe like you said. Fusion Business Solutions has a catch to it! You don't want your name in it? Snelly's Business Solutions?

well i view this site as my online community and honestly i value the opinions of you and many other people on this site as well. WIth a topic so important to me and that i feel so passionate about i would love the input and opinions of the extremelly creative and inteligent minds from this site.

My first concern would be this I own several businesses none of which are an LLC for a reason. This reason is simple Limitted Liability. Which inturn means someone else is liable I would either do a C or an S Corp to protect you & you personal assets JMO

thanks for the tips on the legal entity, my personal assets are safe with an LLC though and it has tax benefits as well and is much less to get started than a corp for just me with the company. as a sole proprietorship i would be at risk as well as my assets and thats why i am looking at doing the LLC instead

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.
