We really need to get the chat room going with some topic's on Sunday. Travis went to a lot of trouble to set it up. It's very well built and safe for privacy. No IRC bull or bots.

It was midnight so i bailed out.
Why don't we bump this thread a bit during the week and figure out a discussion and time frame. There are some pretty great minds here on RS. I am sure "ya'll" will come up with some great ideas.

I was on from 10-10:30 and only Glampka was there.
Sunday night is really a bad time for me but I try.
There used to be people on almost any time of day or night and now I rarely find anyone.

Ok, maybe you Doc and Lynn could come up with an ideal time frame and get some ideas going on a topic. I see a lot of new members on Sundays and new to the hobby also.
I think people get confused when a lot of people are talking at once. It would be good for the seasoned members to pull new questions into pm and try to create a more focused discussion. When first joined RS it was people like MojoReef and Witty who pulled me into PM chat to help me figure out my troubles and questions. This helped me a lot in my success of today.
Back then chat was a mad house. It was like going to the local pub!

Sunday night at 9 is to late for me. Have check at other times and nobody is there. topic of discussion for chat is a good idea.

I have been in chat almost every night this week. There have been a few people come in now and then. Cracker and I are in there almost every friday, and saturday night until the early AM. Its usually 11:00pm my time or so before I get in there though. It would be cool if we could have peiple like MOFIB, Calflo, Borneman, John Kelly, ETC have "guest" appearances for people to ask them questions... this would really get the ball rolling. There are TONS of guest speakers out there, and this may just motivate people to come in.... Might be a far fetched idea, but if we could get this to happen once a month or so.. I may be able to get John Kelly to participate, as he has been in there before.. Just my $.02
