Anthony, I'm so glad you're okay. Through my trials and tribulations I've found that these things help the most!

1. take meds at the same time each day
2. eat many small meals through the day (like 6 healthy snacks)
3. if you can't sleep at least lay down and rest. lay flat, eyes closed and practice emptying your brain pan of thoughts.
4. contact at least two friends per day

My PM box is always open if you need to write!

thanks barb...once things settle down and I figure out where the heck I'm going to live I'll setup my comp...its still in the apt, actually I'm on it now..but if I move in with my parents it will be tougher to get ahold of people. ttyl

Oh, and even if you do not have Net access at Mom and Dad's, you have my number, Lynn's number...I am sure you have dfurbee's number. Make sure you at least contact one of us here and there so that we know you are doing OK.

don't worry you guys...I was able to talk my dad into letting me use his comp at his house...my comp is probably going into storage...I don't want to but theres simply no room at the inn.....bringing my cat over there tonight. Lynn great talking to you today..hope all is well.
