I'll send the email I got from Fishhead yesterday. Big R is putting some of the blame on him as to why we called him out.

OK so your all probably asking yourselves "where the hell has Mucci been." Well it's a long and pretty interesting story to say the least but I'll try to cut it down to baisics.

Last Tuesday..not a couple days ago but LAST tuesday I was trying to give my cat her anti anxiety meds.....she did her usual routine of fighting with me yelling and pooping everywhere. Well all of a sudden there was banging on my door. I said "go away I'm busy" Then I hear a voice. "No I'm not going away b/c your abusing your cat and I just called the police." I think "great now waht" Turns out it was the Native American from my floor...I think he's been planning this for a few weeks now b/c there was no way he heard her scream all the way from his apt. So I answer the door and he's drunk as a skunk..alcahol loomed in the air. I said "Richard you should leave." He refused and started instagating me. Well that got me evern more upset. I punched the door and I yelled "leave now" he still stayed and pushed me...well that did it...we started trading punches and it took 5 other people (all his relatives) to seperate us..but they let himgo and put me in a choke hold. OH the reason I was off my game and didn't just slam the door in his face is b/c the night before I didn't go home and had to stay at my parents house...which isn 't a big deal but I didn't have my meds. The moring rolls around and I still don't have my meds. Plus me and my paretns "discussed" loudlymy upbringing.

So the police show up and I'm trying to be as collected as possible. But they turn me around and try to put cuffs on me. Well I tried to let them but one of them must have been pushing my back in because I couldn't stand anymore. Before you know it I'm pinned to the ground in a grueling choke hold (I literraly could not physically breath.) Then procedded to taze me 5 times. I sucked it up and didn't give in until I couldn't breathe. I asked what I was being charged with and they said nothing. They just slapped the braclets on. So I'm pretty pissed at this point and they try to get me going but I refuse...they throw me agains a wall. Then when we finally get to the car I start screaming "police brutality" then officer smart ass starts shaking a can of mace at me and says "you want to see brutality?" So I get in the squad car and started calling the guy a pig and start saying "I already have a 100,000 lawsuit against them and he says "yea right" Well when we got to the station he checks his little computer and I'm sure it said "pending Lawsuit" well they started treating me right after that. At this point I'm crying a river for the abuse and b/c they said my cat was taken away buy animal control. Then the charges stated coming in...2 counts felony of hitting a person over 65 (which I had no idea he was) and 3 varied misdemanors. So they send me into a cell and I just lost it. I thought all was lost so I tried to hang myself in my jail cell. They rush in and throw me around some more and also shackle my feet and hads...the cuffs were so tight I know have nerve damage in right hand. I threw up in the cell and wasn't even given a freakin towel...just more jokes came in.

So I go to the ER after I'm arrained. They literally hold me there for a full 24 hours. Then I'm told I have to go to a physch ward to be evaluated..

So off to the nut house I go. Man these people were really bonkers. And I mean that in the nicest way possible. Everyone has their own demons but it was a tough 7 days. But you know what..I was heading this direction anyway and I was put on lithium I was instantly cured. Honestly I haven't felt better since I joined teh Marines. I was told in the nut house that I was going to be evicted from my apt. and there was nothing I could do about it. But considering the news I was as calm as a (sea) cucumber. I do have a lawyer but she hasn't gotten back to me yet.

I know have to sneak in and out of my building late at night but I had to come here today to get the new keys....this is the first time I"ve been "home" in over two weeks. That's why I haven't responded to much mail in quite some time..all I do is come here check my regular mail and feed the cat and screw.


So now you all know what happend...I guess that wasn't the condensed version.

Becky I am curious as to why you wanted to know if I was a PFC or not. Also someone mentioned their avatar..I would like to see it. Beck just send me a pvt msg..I'm all caught up on those so I can just look at it. I'll be adding the Bunny in tonight if I have enough time..lots of packing to do and some other stuff. Also I've missed a combined off 8 days of class which really sux but nothing I can do about it.

Oh I got the cat back she was only in the clink for a night...but it def. did not help any. Shes still miserable..but shes going to come live with me at my parents for awhile. Heck I'm gonig to be there awhile till I get a new place..*sigh* I really liked this apt too.

I am so sorry to hear what happened. So glad they started you on Lithium; please keep in it, and if you can not afford it, please PM and will help you with the meds. Glad to hear you got your cat back. Maybe after the move things will start to look up? Please try to stay cool with your parents. Just remember, that you are loved.

Sorry to hear of all your troubles but very glad you are back with us and ok. All of the RS Moms were very worried about you.
