Hi all! I was hoping you guys could help me out with a school project...

I’m a student at Chandler-Gilbert Community College (in AZ), and I am conducting market research for a study on business plans for small businesses. The following questions are for an online coral propagation business.

Please answer these questions honestly, and if you don’t know the answer or one doesn’t apply, you may skip that question. All answers will be kept confidential (no names will be used, etc.). If you do not wish to post your answers publicly, but you still wish to participate, you may PM or email your answers to me directly.

4) Does a live arrival guarantee tend to make or break your decision to purchase a coral from an online vendor?
