Your right Becky, Id die if I had your humidity all summer. Were 80 days without real rain. Its cool out probably down to 66 and the sunset is spectactular. I went back to Mich two summers ago and I recall the 88 degrees there was stifeling becuase of the humidity..and they didnt want to turn on the AC! I couldnt wait to get back to the high 90s and 100 in the dry southest.

Diane, you'd die with 8-10% humidity???? I might be in Texas, but I am in the desert portion of it. However, I am from Illinois...and it gets steamy there.

You are in a steamier area than I! We'll rendezvous here late July in the middle of Monsoon season and see which one of us has it worse.

If I am going joyriding I am going farther than 10 miles. Of course, my 100 miles and your 10 actually equal the same amount of time on the road.

Becky my buddies up in Flagstaff AZ got 3inches to 12 inches of snow today depending on where your at in that town. Those weather links looks like a nice weathe report dont ya wish it would stay that way.
We might have the same weather. My Dad retired and moved from Mich to Texas in the Ft Worth area, and I only visted there a couple of times and it was very humid to me. I only rode a train through El paso.

30 minutes tops for 10 miles, the last three miles avg 85 mph!

El Paso is nothing like the rest of Texas. We are straight desert bs all the way. The difference between mine and yours are the saguaros...and the IKEA in Tempe.

We might have a chance of rain today. Right now it is overcast.

It's gonna be HOT here for a few days. Supposed to be near 100 today, and over 100 for the next couple of days at least.
Dang...that means I won't be able to go outside and work on the yard...<can you tell how heartbroken I am?>
