It's a cloudy day today here in Southern New England. Only about 50. I want my sun back.

Not to go off topic but the cutback is going real well. I've just cut out a few here and there and already it's making a difference. As far as working out goes I found a gym here that's only about 15 minutes for (are you ready your probably going to faint) $10 a month...that's priceless..I mean it's not Baileys but hey it's a stop gap for a little while.

Mooch, when I quit smoking a few years ago, I used the patches for normal, everyday addiction help, but when I got REALLY stressed, I chewed the nicorette gum too...that helped with some of the rough spots.

(too dammed bad I started again about 1-1/2 years later)

you know Boomer I actually just tried the gum and honestly it made me sick as a dog...and I was chewing a flavored one..I have the patches and I've had success with them in the past but I think I have to get down to a reasonable amount before I go without entirely. But thanks for the heads up (just to let you knwo I quit for about 6 months at one point then started again.)

Thanks Craig, but I can't afford to quit again...or not right now. The wife says if I quit smoking again, she's going on vacation for at least a month...and we don't have the budget for it...

What a deal on the gym Mucci. Good going! Today was perfect again, I didnt go to work but went golfing no wind and the high was 84. On the way home I went shopping, Ive got a brand new red Pontiac G8 GTin in my driveway. My hubby almost fell over. They are looking for one in a color I want (Infusion orange) and will swap out the rims, and get a moon roof so this car in my driveway now is not the actual car Im going to buy, but I had to bring one home to play with. The dealer is bending over backwards...
Some shopping trip!
