Becky millitary docs suck..bottom line. I hope you get some answers while your there and if not then be a real B#*&^ about it.

Now worries. The last couple of docs I have had for blood pressure are either retirees or civilians. I find that it is active duty that are usually the worst!

Haven't smelled any - which is kind of surprising. Wind must be cooperating with my lungs today!!

Not bad for a Monday, went to work this moring when it was 75 degrees got up to mid 90s while I was at work. After work I went and played 9 holes of golf teeing off at 5 pm with weather just perfecto dropped into the 80s and droping slowing probably to high 60s tonight. A nice day for a Monday.

Took a bike ride at 6:00 PM after a power nap in the afternoon sun, can you say heavenly?

Yosemite was GREAT today. It clouded up while we were there and never got above the low 70's...(sweet!)
I got a few decent pics and will upload them to my gallery and post a couple tomorrow.
This is the perfect time to visit. Still a bit of snow up high, and the waterfalls are running full-bore.
We had a pretty dry winter, so they won't last much longer I'm afraid.
Sometimes I wish we had gotten here a few years earlier so we could have seen the Yosemite FireFalls.

Starting out great this morning. Should be warm, but not up into the high 90's like the last few days - so it sounds like it will be a great day!

Here it is rainy and cold, in the 30's earlier, now only about 40. Some day it will get warm form more than a week at a time (I hope).

We had a cold front move through and it's 70 with a light breeze today...it's SO beautiful!

was rainy this morning...and the temp is only about 50...but it cleared up a bit now just a tad too windy for my taste.
