| Golden Moray  | Re: OT: How's the weather? We were lucky in that when she was born, her head wasn't misshapen, her skin wasn't blotchy and she never got baby acne. Her skin has always been perfect. I just can't figure out what to do with her hair...it's getting SO long!

First off Barb congras on the anniversary...may you have many more...My parents have been married for over 35 years...and though all the ups and downs they've maintained. Olivia is sooo cute Nikki when I see her pictures I instanly want kids LOL...a GF would be a nice start now...for the record I am not a "commando guy" I wear either boxers or boxer briefs. And craig I am not a wireless sniper no one in my building even understands the internet..seems I am being blessed by the Pentium Gods. Nice day here today...don't know what the temp is but it's comforatble.

Craig - using the work out advice you gave me - interval training - takes the monotony out of the treadmill and elliptical. Becky - no mentioning of chocolate cake (at least till I've lost the first 10 pounds!) It's a HOT day here in the Inland Empire. Clear and Hot!! With more heat forecast for tomorrow...
